The Bank of Missouri Soccer Park has a paved trail with five fitness stations for an active, outdoor workout.
For those seeking more of a challenge, the Perry County Community Lake Shoreline Trail offers a scenic four-mile loop, while Seventy-Six Conservation Area provides a moderate three-mile hike. The TG 5K Trail is perfect for both training and visitors will get a glimpse of Missouri’s Veteran’s Memorial.
If you’re looking for a spiritual experience, the Rosary Walk offers a serene path designed around the beads of the Catholic Rosary, with statues, stone bridges, and a century-old grotto for prayer or reflection.

The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and Concordia University were actually founded in Perry County,” said Buerck. “We are the home of the National Shrine of the Miraculous Medal and the longest Rosary Trail in North America. We have a thriving downtown and unique dining opportunities such as Mary Janes Burgers and Brews, Stonies Sausage Shop and Hoeckle’s Bakery. The Missouri National Veteran’s Memorial features an exact, full-size replica of the Vietnam Wall and honors veterans of all eras and branches. Finally, the American Tractor Museum is one of the largest collections of rare, historic, orphaned and fully restored tractors in the entire country.”

It is located one block from Gulf Place, Ed Walline Beach Access. Walk to many local restaurants and shopping such as La Playa, The Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley, Pizza by the Sea, Sunrise Coffee Co., The Vue, Goatfeathers, Local Catch, Stinky’s and South of Philly’s.

The Space

Only 50 steps to Beach Entrance.

Our home offers 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathrooms, 3 of which have their own private bath. There is beautiful hardwood floors and travertine tile throughout the home. The kitchen is well equipped and it boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and service for 12. The living room features a large sofa with plenty of seating to watch the mounted flat screen TV. After a long day at the beach, night out or a home cooked dinner, you can retreat to your own private rooftop terrace and watch the sunset! The views are magical!

DETAILS: Incredible renovation close to the beach! 188 Sugar Sand Lane is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Seagrove Beach home that sleeps 16. When not relaxing on the white-sand beach, guests can de-stress in a full-size private sauna, play ping pong, float in the pool, or soak up the sun on the backyard patio. It’s an incredible home designed to pamper!

A small porch with a bench swing opens to a lovely open living, dining, and kitchen area with wide-plank hardwood floors and a soft, muted color palette. A sofa and armchairs provide a cozy spot to sit and chat while loved ones prepare fabulous meals in a spacious chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, a gas cooktop and stove, a double refrigerator and freezer, and a quartz waterfall island with seating for 3. An adjacent dining table seats 8 comfortably. Off the living area is a primary bedroom with lots of natural light and views of the neighborhood.
Guests will enjoy a king bed and a spacious bathroom with a claw-foot tub and separate shower housed together behind a glass enclosure. Behind the kitchen, a hallway leads past a mudroom-type space with floor-to-ceiling built-in shelves, cubbies, and hooks for every bag and thingamabob imaginable. The hallway opens to a fabulous game room with 3 built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, a full sleeper sofa, and a wet bar! An attention-grabbing retro red refrigerator, stand-alone ice maker, and toaster oven make it easy to prep a late-night snack.
Adding to the fun is a ping pong table, a hanging chair, a flat-screen TV, and a game table. A shared bathroom with a shower is off the hall. Stepping outside, guests will discover a wonderful entertainment area with a privacy fence, a stand-alone bar, a dining table, chaise loungers, and a sparkling splash pool with fountains.

On the second floor are 2 guest bedrooms with king beds that share a bathroom and a second primary bedroom that includes a sitting room and private sauna! Taking a cue from the sauna, the primary bedroom has a beautiful wood accent wall extending into a separate sitting area.

Guests can sit back and enjoy views of palms swaying in the beach breeze or curl up with a great book. In the bathroom, a claw-foot tub and a large glass-enclosed shower are great spots to cool off after enjoying a nice steamy sauna. Guests can relax outdoors on a large covered deck that overlooks the pool. A wet bar with a beverage fridge, dining table, and grill make this a wonderful place to share a meal after the sun has set. Cheer on a favorite game or watch a movie on the 65” TV from 2 outdoor sofas. Guests can explore Seagrove Beach’s many restaurants and shops on 4 included adult bikes.
